Display Laptop on Overhead Projector Cheat Sheet.

  1. Using the Overhead projector remote, Turn the projector on.
  2. Connect to the company network.
  3. On your Laptop, Launch the Epson Easy MP Network Projection Software.

Note: If you do not have the Epson Easy MP Network Projection Software installed on your machine contact IT to have it installed.

  1. If this screen pops up choose “Advanced Connection Mode” and check the checkbox to “Set the selected connection Mode as the default mode.

  1. If the following dialog is shown select yes to add the program to the firewall exception list.

  1. The available projectors will show in the list. They should be labeled as to which conference room projector they are. Select the projector you want and connect to it. If you don’t see it right away you can click the “Automatic search” button for the program to check again.
  2. Select the projector you want to use then click connect.
