Our phone system is in Microsoft Teams. Follow these steps to record a greeting in Teams.


  1. Click … at the top of Teams and choose Settings
  2. Click the Calls tab and click Configure voicemail
  3. Click Record a greeting
  4. Teams will start an audio call where you can  listen to voicemail and record your greeting.
