Create an email conversation that includes MIS Support
Every email that comes to support@olives.com will create a new ticket. The only exception to this is if there is a ticket number on the subject line of your email. This ticket number must be enclosed in greater than/less than symbols: <ticket>
Whenever you want to start a group email conversation that includes support you must get your ticket number first, before emailing a group.
Get your ticket number first
Create a new email to support to start the conversation. Do not include any other recipients. Include a subject line and note in your email why you are submitting the ticket.
The ticket system will immediately email you back with a ticket number.
Start the group conversation now by creating a new email to your entire group. Include support@olives.com in that email. Put your ticket number with the < > on the subject line.
That’s it! All replies to your message will be added to the ticket and we will be able to assist you better!
