Problem

The current version of Outlook has an error that pops up when attempting to change/delete a meeting. We have seen at least 5 of these tickets today. The message in Outlook looks like this:

Solution

Microsoft suggests clearing your offline calendar items.  To clear offline Calendar items, follow these steps:

1. Open the Calendar pane in Outlook, and right-click the Calendar folder.
2. Select Properties.
3. On the General tab, select Clear Offline Items.
4. Select OK.
5. Close Outlook and then restart Outlook. The folder will update from your cloud mailbox again and the error should go away.
