Every 90 days the saved password on the iPhone will expire and needs to be entered again.


  1. Please open Settings > Apps > Mail.
  2. Go to the Mail Accounts section and find the Musco email account.
  3. There is usually a spot prompting to re-enter your password. Follow the prompt to type in your account password again.
  4. You may need to provide multi-factor authentication either your text message or Authenticator app verification.


To note

Some people have a difference between their email address <firstname><lastinitial>@olives.com and their login account. When prompted to enter the password it will show the email address. Change the account to match your login name (the name you type when you login to your computer).
